    WVbob I used the lightest load first for the test(7.5 shot low brass 2.75") just to make a point,the 00 buck and the slug tore through the jacket at any distance, you would have to be a very drugged up bad ass not to fall down after getting hit buy even the lightest 12 gauge load at close range!

    PS to all that have recommended 12 gauge shells for me to use notice the picture of my shotgun winchester military grade 00 buck on the buttcuff!

    Remember when Dick Cheny shot his friend while hunting? That was birdshot, and even that old guy was able to walk out of the field on his own power. I think the plastic shotwad does more damage than those little BBs.
