AR Quad Rail install??
just bought a Daniel Defense omega-x quad rail and need somewhere in york to install it.
i bought the dd AR wrench needed for the install, but seems it takes allot more tools that i don't have to finish it .
so i figured maybe it would be cheaper to find a place to install it.
does anyone know of a shop around the york area that works on AR`s
any help would be appreciated..
Thanks,
Steve

Re: AR Quad Rail install??
Which gas block do you have on your current AR15? Do you also have the plastic hand guards currently? You can do it yourself if you have the multi tool...DPMS offers one.

Re: AR Quad Rail install??
Give Shupp's Gunsmithing a call @ 755-8528, he's on Druck Valley Rd. up above the "Gonorrhea", (I mean Galleria), Mall.
John has done a lot of great work for me on my 1911's and he's always slammed a month or 2 from deer season when it comes to rifles. I'm sure he has worked on an AR and he may have some time to get to it, but I'd definitely call and ask, plus a time line.
John's a good guy!You never see a motorcycle parked ouside a psychiatrist's office!
