'Animal' Sought In Olney Sexual Assault, Beating

Police are searching for the "animal" who is accused of sexually assaulting and violently attacking a woman in Olney earlier this week.

The 47-year-old victim was beaten so badly that it took investigators an entire day to identify her. Investigators say she is in intensive care and listed in critical condition.

She didn't make it.

Homicide captain James Clark describes the suspect:

"A black male between the ages of 18 and 22 years of age, 6' to 6'2" tall, heavy build, medium brown complexion."

Police say the footage shows the man wearing a dark Aero hoodie. They posted the video on YouTube.

Anyone with information on the crime is asked to call homicide at 215 686-3334.
