    Are mags holding above 10 rounds legal in Philly? Shipping there OK?

    There are no magazine restrictions in Pa for anything other than Semi-Auto shotguns, and these restrictions only apply when hunting.

    Philly cannot restrict any firearms, accessories, or ammunition. They have to follow the state laws.
