Basic Pistol Course

I am a newbie in the shooting world, and before I go out and buy a handgun, I wanted to take a basic pistol class. I live in Flourtown, PA (Montgomery County) so i know there is bunch of places around here.

I am looking for experienced members here to point me to a good location. I've done bunch of searching but haven't found a thread with such recommendations.

Any information would be appreciated.

(Btw. I am looking to get a .22 first to get some experience, before getting something bigger)
