Does anyone know if the public range at sgl 157 is open to the public again?

Call the park office at Nockamixon. They should know. I read that they don't feel safe having the range open unless they can patrol it 24/7, which they can't afford to do so it is closed. And the neighbors were being stinky. They should have cctv.

I read that the range will not be reopening because of the neighbors complaints and they have determined the houses are "too close" to the range for safety. Call the PGC Southeast Regional Office to get the 411. Nockamixon doesn't have anything to do with the range. The only thing the rangers do on the game lands is search and rescue work. Nothing to do with the range.

I heard its closed for now and there lokking into moving it somewhere else in the park

this range has been closed down for years. they said something about removing the lead, the cost of it but i believe its just an easy way to say the neighbors dont want it.
