Ross Township Park - Gun Free Zone
Looks like the Gun Free zone debate has made it to Ross Township
http://www.rosstwp.com/Park-n-rec.htm
Ross Township Park (Also known as Vanbuskirk-Haney Park) is a gun free - smoke free zone according to the Park Rules mailed out to all Ross Township residents. The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Re: Ross Township Park - Gun Free Zone
You need to attend a park or a township supervisors meeting. I`m usually at Ross for the regional meeting but that pertains more to the regional park.
I informed our solicitor about our rules but I think they seem to be inclined to leave the rule in place and not attempt to enforce it.
