RRA ambi switch and Magpul MIAD installed
Today I installed my Rock River Arms ambidextrous selector switch and Magpul MIAD grip system. Installation of both was a cynch, I think I might have taken 5 minutes for each. I think in the future I might want to purchase a larger switch for use with gloves, etc (like the HK 416 or a Sig), but this will do for now.
Unfortunately, my local tactical supplier hasn't gotten any magpul BAD levers in yet, and I hate buying small things online because they always seem to get back ordered and don't show up for months....I guess I'll just wait until I get too irritated and then order one and then end up waiting for it again...ha!

Looks good! The least I do to an AR is get an MOE grip and MOE trigger guard. I just like the flat front surface better and with the MIAD you can't have that with the enhanced trigger guard strap. I can't stand the finger grooves for some reason.

Actually, I got the full kit with the MIAD, and they include a flat front strap as well as a built in trigger guard strap (although I already had one on there anyway)

Cool, I didn't know that. Still though, the MOE stuff for me worked out since it was a few bucks cheaper. I like the little 3 round grip plug too. Use it for storing 3 inert rounds. I'll probably get the one that stores the surefire batteries since that'll probably be more useful.

Pretty nice was gonna get the maid but i got the moe instead. cuz i already have the trigger guard and i didn't need all them differnt grip pannels. I just installed my moe on my ar15 pistol build. Did u end up getting that Magpul B.A.D? If u didn't check my post recently i posted the link there. Its PKfirearms. Great customer service and fast shipping.

I just installed a Magpul enhanced trigger guard today. Much more comfortable now.

When put on "Fire" does the switch get in the way of your trigger finger? I found that it irritated my trigger finger so I opted not to keep it on mine.
