Default NFA Gun Trust Lawyer Needed

My husband and I live in NW Pennsylvania and are interested in setting up an NFA Gun Trust. Would like to use an experienced attorney, but don't really want to just "call around" as in my experience some attorneys tend to be quite liberal and thus not "gun friendly". I've seen posts by the Prince law firm, but it appears they are in the eastern part of PA.

Which brings me to my next question - do you have to set up the trust in person, or could it be done by phone/mail? My husband already has one NFA item but would like to purchase more without all the hassle.

I appreciate anyone's recommendation for a knowledgeable attorney in the Erie, Meadville, Warren, etc. area.

    Thanks for any help!

you can do the trust over the phone and then get it mailed to you. You will then need to get it notarized.

I just got my trust done with Joshua Prince. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Everything was done over the phone and I received my trust just a few days after sending payment.
