new shooter

How is everyone in the great state of pennsylvania. I just moved here not to long ago, I live now in westmoreland county, almost in armstrong county. I have a bunch of rifles and shotguns with me and I have no idea where I can go shoot them. The closest gun club is full and has a waiting list for new members. I want to shoot them and teach my wife how as well. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what part of PA you are located...but I'm sure that there are several gun clubs within driving distance. Did you see that we have regional areas on this site...perhaps if you post your question in that section...someone from your area could recommend a good range.

Welcome to the forum! If you are just looking for a place to shoot without joining a club, check the public shooting ranges on the PA Game Commission website. It may not be what you are looking for, but it may suffice until you find a club to join.
Also, glad to hear that you want to get your wife involved. The husband and I started going to the range together last spring. We have a great time and enjoy the friendly competition.

Are you close to Rt. 28?
