Sorry, didn't have the exact brand handy, let alone ever seen it on the shelves.
Did you spell "Weapun Sheld" out of fear of trademark infringement?

Haha! I was wondering when someone would say that. I was just being stupid.

If this stuff works as good as or better than CLP then I'm all for trying it out. All I can ever find is Hoppe's and CLP at the local shops. Maybe Gander Mt. might have some.

It's every bit as good as CLP and then some, you just don't need as much. Since CLP is usually in the aero can people have a tendency to "hose" clean parts of their gun when it's just not necessary.

Sounds good, I'll keep an eye out for it next time. I never get the CLP aero cans, only the little oil bottles. Gun Scrubber works the best for aero cans out of the ones I tried, but after cleaning with it I wipe everything down anyway and put some drops of oil on.

A tip on gun scrubber...it's basically brake parts cleaner. I haven't cleaned that way since I started using CLP...and then weapon shield, but it's a little cheaper to just get brake cleaner. I found on wood stocks if any scrubber got on it, especially milsurps...it was bad juju.
