at the very bottom right corner of the pages, you'll see 'Top' which takes you to the top of the forums.

Just checked with my wife and daughter and they didn't know either.
And we found out that the END key takes you to the bottom of the page. We still don't know what the SCROLL LOCK and PAUSE/BREAK buttons do.

Both are pretty much obsolete.

I remember using them in DOS a lot years ago. As mentioned on Wiki Excel and a few other programs still use the scroll lock, more as a short cut though.

These keys are mostly like appendices these days. Not much use anymore except in rare cases but they don't seem to go away.
