Open carry in Mansfield, Tioga co.

As some of you might know Mansfield has an institute of higher learning in it. I went around town and into the local Walmart. No issues. I didn't even note and odd look.

No big surprise, but I suspect if you were looking for a reaction, Mansfield would be about the only marginally liberal town I could think of around here, when classes are in anyway.

The only reaction I have gotten anywhere around here was in Bi-Lo in Wellsboro Some guy ask if I was suppose to wear a jacket over it. I presume he ment concealed carry. I pointed out OC was legal and didn't require a permit either. He walked away sort of dazed. One more citizen educated.
