Not sure if I posted in this thread. I bought a rifle in .308 from Live Free Armory the night before the 2016 election (I feared a Hillary win with out of stock guns and ammo). I've since upgraded the stock, grip and trigger. I'm currently having a Superlative Arms adjustable gas block installed as well as a Griffin Armaments taper mount flash comp. I can't wait to get the rifle this week. I may add a bi pod down the road and a different scope. The other rifle is pictured among some rifles I recently took to the range. It was a Bushmaster Carbon 15 I bought from Cabela's a few years ago. I bought a new upper, hand guard, grip, trigger, stock, muzzle device, adjustable gas block and sights. It's one of, if not, my favorite rifles. Very light and easy to shoot.

Geissele 9.5" MK14 M-LOK SMR and Super Gas Block were ordered on Black Friday. Who knows when they'll arrive. Then I just want an ADM AD-RECON-X mount for the Vortex, a Magpul MS1 sling and a regular end plate to finish it.

And the steel cased 55gr Wolf 223 Remington actually grouped very nicely out of the barrel. No issues feeding it the steel cased stuff.

Nice setup. Would love to see a night time pic with the flashlight in use to get an idea of distance and coverage.

I have mini scouts with Malkhoff heads and thought about upgrading one with a bigger light.

Half of the latest build anyway New years Eve was a good day in the little shop I have set up. Put together the lower on my newest build. Wanted to be a little different on this one - nothing radical. Went with standard Anderson lower, chose a compact A2 fixed stock, and dropped my Franklin Binary Trigger in her. Waiting on my upper to be built - went with a unknown to me maker - TNTE ( Top Notch Top Ends ), they had exactly what I wanted at a decent price. Going with 16" retro A2 upper with handle, triangular handguard and 3 prong flash hider. Going with a titanium nitride bolt, so matching the handle of the charging handle to match the goldish color of the bolt - pop of color you know - lol. Will post the completed project when upper arrives. Happy New Year!
