Yes. I like it very much, especially that version (V2) with the open rear section and short rail section only at the front. And if you don't have a torque wrench, installation is easy with their wrench/shim method.
Let me know if you could use the same thing in a 10" version. I have one I tried on my 11.5 upper and it was too short.

PSA PA-10 Rifle Lower
PSA PA-9 SBR Lower (10.5" registered length, just waiting on the right PSA upper to come available)
Eventually, these will all look like the PA-15s and the LE6920. ACS stocks, MIAD grips, MOE hand guards, MBUS Pro BUIS, etc., etc.
