Hey, I just started learning about these types of scopes recently, and discovered this neat, inexpensive "cat tail" throw lever.

I haven't ordered one yet, but I plan to. Looks practical, unobtrusive, and very, very affordable.
I was going to get one months ago, but when I went to order, they were sold out.
It was a long time before they returned - and now there are 2 models/heights to choose from.

With a whole range of 1-4. I'll set it on 2 for 200yds and 4 for the rest. That would be just something that would get bumped and change the settings. I just did a deal on here for a railed forgrip that won;t break the bank and should be CMP legal. After this season I'm prob going to move it FWD one or two more notches after I put it on. I got this zeroed at 2 and 300 and a match on the 20th at New Holland and Quantico right after that. I'm going to wait to change it out. Brand new issue MRT and a friggen keeper spit that day. I went back to nylon. Much better.

Added another AR to the stable today.

Purchased the dissipator Upper minus the BCG and charging handle from PSA last week, added some Brownells retro reproduction M16A1 furniture my wife gave me for my birthday slapped it all on a spare Anderson lower I had sitting completed from a different rifle I scavenged for parts a few months ago. now I have this handy fairly light weight beauty.

I love the look and feel of the triangle hand guards, the length of the A1 stock works much better then the standard A2 and hopefully the 3 prong flash hider works half as good with live fire as it looks on the rifle.

AR15 in disguise as a bolt action rifle?
Must have taken a lot of time to pull that off.

I shot that kd course so many times in the marines with an a2 and open sights. I’d love to try it now with one of my ars just to see how I’d do with better gear
