US-made Walther PPK, made sometime after 1970 and before 1999. The VA logo identifies it as a Virginia-made model.

Bottom:
German-made PPK/S, 1974. Markings:
74 = 1974
Antler =Ulm (Germany) proof house.
Eagle over N = proofed for smokeless powder.
