Silicon spray? A floor wax might work without the silicon smell.......

Measure your stock for the Kick Eez......I can't find one specifically for a wood Express stock.....

They do have the Limbsaver, though.

Limbsaver makes 2 different profiles for recoil pads. One that has a sloped "toe" & "heel" for speed mounting and one that has a squared "toe" & "heel" for staying in your shoulder better.

    Speed mount recoil pad:

    Precision fit:

I'm not sure why you need an aftermarket recoil pad for a tacticle shotgun. I have a factory one on all of my shoguns and I can comfortably shoot 2-3 rounds of trap/skeet without any resulting negative effects.

I have a slip on Limbsaver that works out pretty well. When my friend shoots my Saiga-12 she puts it on all the time. I've used it on my 10 gauge a couple times

I own a Limbsaver slip on pad and I use it mainly on centerfire milsurp rifles. The limbsaver pad does work as advertised for recoil reduction.

The material that the slip on pad is made out of is quite grippy and I tend to mis-shoulder the shotgun due to this.

A prefit butt pad is definitely the way to go if you do not want to re-use the pad on other firearms.

I dont know if the prefit pad is as grippy as the slip on pad and I would think as first glance that it wouldnt be ... but I would recommend checking this before purchasing any butt pad.
