Hopefully the rain clears out enough for us by Sunday.
I am heading down (weather permitting and assuming it's a go) to at least get my card from you Chris.
I will bring my shotgun but I have never shot it yet, nor any other long gun for that matter. Would someone be willing to offer some shotgun 101 to me?

I have no problem whatsoever in not participating in the trap shoot if I should really spend a bunch of time shooting it on a range for example to feel my way into it.
Either way I'll look forward to meeting everyone.

What are the club rules on shotties Chris, particularly pertaining to the ranges etc? I know things get pretty torn up with them and I don't know how chilled Paletown is?

You can pattern your shotgun twice a year on the range. Just before the Fall and Spring Turkey seasons.

I'm not sure on Trap this Sunday, I'll be watching the weather!

I don't know if you guys are going to try to pull this off today (hey, I think that actually was a monsoon yesterday),
but this morning is the only time my neighbor can make it to the VF show and I told him I would go. Hope to catch up on the re-schedule or next time

Looks like today might be a wash. I was thinking about heading up to Classic Pistol but I am sure they will be packed. I want to shoot but do not feel like dealing with any crowds today. I hate rainy days
