Kel Tec P32 Range Report Plus 1 failure

I bought a P32 two weeks ago of a member (cowentz) and have since run a crapload of rounds through it with out a single issue until today. The previous owner had run 200 rounds through the gun, and said he had never had any failure of any kind. The day after I bought the gun a buddy and I ran 200 rounds through it without a single hiccup. I was pumped, because you hear all sorts of stories about KT... Anyway today was a beautiful day, so Mrs Rwb and myself went to the SGL range on 74. We shot through about 100 rounds and in one of my last mags I had a round that didn't sit right in the chamber and caused the slide to sit back about half an inch. I dropped the mag and racked the slide and the round came right out. Looking at the round I noticed the nose (fmj) had a big deposit of gunk on it, that I think came from the feed ramp. I looked down at the ramp and it was filthy. I guess 100 rounds of Rem. UMC isn't exactly gonna clean a gun... I'm assuming the excessively dirty ramp is what caused this. If anyone has any other suggestions, please fire away.

And yes, I'm cleaning the gun as we speak. Just like anytime it gets fired.
