Had an eye bugging moment tonight, lol

On a motor scooter going out Ridge Road (563) with the range bag strapped to the backseat. SKS (in a bag) over my shoulder and my XD-9 OC on hip.

As I am waiting at the light at 313 a State Trooper pulls up next to me. I try to look innocent. I make the left towards Q-town heading to the Paletown Range.

The Trooper follows. When I made the right onto Axe Handle Road he kept going into Q-Town. He did come back later to drive past the range.

Face it. Altoona isn't really a city. It is an overgrown country town.

So, the police aren't running around all panicked. They are use to seeing people with firearms. It is good to be country sometimes.

Your right about it not beng a real city...but, I wouldnt go as far as to just assume everyone is use to firearms...it depends who your dealing with I think.
