lawyer to set up a trust
can anybody recommend a lawyer in the delaware county area to set up a trust. my local cheif said no today and im waiting for the sheriff in media to call me back. he said he wanted to research suppressors and if they are signed for in delaware county. it sounded like he didnt just want to shoot me down but would think about it. but i got the impression that hes going to say no.

Is GunLawyer001 doing the Trusts and LLCs or just suggesting a local lawyer?

Re: lawyer to set up a trust
Just curious as to how it went with the Delaware County Sheriff. I recently got a suppressor and now a friend of mine in Delaware County is interested in getting one.

Re: lawyer to set up a trust
still dont know. i talked to a sheriff after a bunch of calls and was told i had to fill out all the paperwork and then set a meeting with the cheif at the sheriffs office and he would decide then if he would sign or not. they said theres no way to say if hell sign or not since its done on a case by case basis. i have to check with the shop im going to get the suppressor from if he wont sign can i get my money back.
i still havent looked into the living trust since ive been very busy, but it looks like that may be the way to go.

rgb03, any word from the Sheriff? From what has been going on over in the LTCF/OC section it sounds like the Delco Sheriff is anti-gun, or at least anti-CCW.
