Checked the Dick's in Johnstown Area. They have no signs up in the windows. They have a nice collections of AR's and AK's actually. Lots of shotguns and rifles too. No pistols.

Last time I was in there, a week ago, they had Mosin Nagant's for $69.99.

    I am confused..

How does a retail stores policy over ride the constitution?
They can't make you disarm but they can ask you to and request that you leave if you do not. If they ask you leave and you refuse then trespassing becomes an issue.

what is Gander Mountain Like? I have never been to one before. Is it a super store like a Cabelas, or is it a different scale?

It's not really "sports", but rather "outdoors". Much better than any other place I've seen (at least in my area) except Cabela's or Bass Pro. Those two are much bigger than any Gander Mountain I've been in.

I grew up around the original Dicks in Binghamton Ny...It use to be they hired knowledgable sportsman to work in their stores.. It was a great place.. When they turned into a chain store they stopped selling pistols (I'm still mad about that) and they started hiring anyone off the street... I can go into the lodge and say can I see that Marlin 336 and watch the guy look for two minutes because he doesnt know what one is.. Dicks was a great place, now its the walmart of sporting goods..

True, but I always watch the sales flyer...Ammo pricing on sale is usually better than Wally World everyday.

Dick's does have the sign on the door at the Reading, PA store. I noticed it two wednesday's ago when they had a sale on .223. By the way, they were out of stock, but gave me a raincheck for 50 boxs...hehe wonder if that is ever going to come in. I hope so, it was 5.98 per box, or $299 / 1000 of remington UMC.
