    Default Scranton Carrier Arrested

    Dont want to say much beyond whats in the title as we are looking for counsel. We are looking for help in the area, no lawyer has been secured yet. PM me for details or if you can help.

    Court date is set for the 15th of this month.
    Charges were Disorderly Conduct

    Nike, that is the incident in question. However we have written affidavits contrary to everything in that story. That story was told to the paper by the man who caused the incident without verification by the paper.

    I do believe the odds being good that this is the same case. What are the odds of a post and a news article originating in the same city w/ the same charges described in both post/article.

    Oh, completely believable. It's the media, why would they be reliable and unbiased.
