Holster for a High Point 45 ACP
Does anyone know who makes a good holster for a High Point 45 ACP for both open carry and for concealed (in waistbannd) carry? I am looking for something other than nylon! Thanks in advance!

the only company that makes a holster for it is Fobus; it's a kydex paddle holster.

Ha,ha, just kidding. Welcome to the forum, I think Fobus will be your best bet. ANother option is to go to midwayusa.com or cheaperthandirt.com and do a "by make and model" search.

Better have a good belt to carry the weight of that HiPoint!!! Due to it's size will also be somewhat difficult to conceal.

Don't let people discourage you, as a poor college student I CC'd a hp 45 for 8 months in a fobus paddle. I traded the high point plus $100 cash for a 9mm 1911. I never had a problem with mine and I'm sure you won't either. If you're close to Philly I have my fobus paddle holster in my trunk still if you're interested pm me.

I used to see a guy at the local gun shows who made holsters for any gun you wanted - on the spot. He just needed your gun, and 30 minutes for the leather to be wet-molded to it's shape.
Perhaps someone in your neck of the woods can point you to someone like that?I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!
