    Long story short.
Roughly 3% of the American population during the Revolutionary War fought for our Freedom from England. Now it means that these folks would do the same today

I believe an estimated 3% of the population laid it all on the line to fight for our independence from England.

Some say the number today would be less than that, if it ever got to that point.

Does this number include or exclude the personnel in the military? You hear a lot of people say that the military can take over the government, etc.

3% is the # of Colonist's who supported the Revolution.

    Not the # who participated

It refers to the very lim ited amount of the original colonists who openly supported opposition to King George in the mid to late 1700's. A larger number supported the efforts of freedom from the privacy of their homes and businesses. Some say that 3% is a stretch for today. But I see it as an eraser for OBAMA, OneBigAssedMistakeAmerica's administration.

    What does it mean now....

It means that you are one of the people that will "meet me at the bridge" when things go terrible wrong in this country....again

It means that you do have a limit to what your going to take. And when the time comes, your not going to lay down and take it. Your going to stand up for yourself and are willing to stand alongside anyone else that feels the same as you do. That your willing to go beyond the average citizen, and "take up arms" to defend what you believe in if it comes to that.

Unlike the majority of the people in this country. You're willing to put your life on the line if needed to defend something that you totally believe in.

Your one of the 3%..... and you want the government to know it too.
