Monthly "tactical shoot" 3 gun match

These are challenging at 50yds = 100 with standard targets, of course with less wind drift and no need to adjust for distance.

Too bad you don't have a range that has 100yd capability, that is where a rifle really starts to shine. Still no results?

Like I said, they are put online by a local gun shop, not by me or anyone else from the club. The shop is closed Sundays and Mondays.

are they steel or paper targets? whats the longest shot taken? whens the next one gonna be? are they single runs or 2 man teams? my son is 16, is he eligible to compete?

Just checking to see if there is a shoot this Sat (17th) since it is the 3rd Sat.?

If so, I'm going to try like hell to make it. I have to work until about 8:00am & it may take me about 45 minutes to get there. This would be my "1st shoot" & I'm dying to try it out since I bought a 7.62 Saiga just for this purpose (yeah, I know an AR would be a better choice, but good luck finding an AR for $350!).

The match is scheduled for this Saturday. We'll see what the weather does. If it rains too much, we can't tape targets etc which causes problems. Sometimes we end up just shooting steel with pistols so at least we get to shoot something.

Just checked the forecast and rain should be done by early AM. So we should be good to go for the full day of fun. Like Dave said, if it rains, we can't tape so we do steel challenge pistols only.
