Starbucks said Tuesday that it complies with local laws in the 43 states that have open-carry weapon laws. Not to do so, the chain said, would make the chain "require our partners to ask law abiding customers to leave our stores, putting our partners in an unfair and potentially unsafe position."
I guess I have to start patronizing Starbucks in lieu of +rep.

Shit like this comment makes my blood boil. I can't believe people that are this ignorant actually exist.

Wait, just because I don't want some flat-earth teabagger wearing a gun on his hip while I get my coffee I'm a "gun control advocate?" People that are not police and walk around with guns on their hips are scared, paranoid freaks. If Starbucks is going to let these weirdos strut around taunting other citizens I'll stop patronizing them.
For someone who thinks that gun owners are "paranoid freaks" he sure is acting like one himself.

I'm out of coffee. It appears I'll be making a quick trip to Starbucks... with my gun on.
