    Default Choke w/00

I got a bunch of 00 I've been collecting, and was wondering if there is a minimum choke for optimum performance. I wasn't sure if a full choke would be alright, or if the mass of the large pellets would damage the choke at that compression point. Obviously, there is stipulations on the chokes when using slugs, but I wasn't sure for buckshot. In my personal opinion, I wouldn't think it would make a difference "safety-wise", only pattern-wise... but I wanted to be sure before I did it.

    I usually use an 870...

ETA: I think I found my answer with a little searching... sorry. It feels like Monday morning..
