Default VFC CC & OC Question

This may have already been covered and I am about 99.9% sure it is not an issue but my judgement tells me to be sure.

There is a monthly motorcycle rally at:

    http://www.vfwwebcom.org/pa/post3376

First sunday of every month. Since this is my first season of riding while OC/CC my questions are these:

Has anyone ever been hastled at this or a similar location?

(one note on this, at the entrance there is always police assistance directing traffic)

Do VW Posts have any real government affiliation that might prohibit this if I were to be questioned/given a hard time?

Anything else I should be aware of?

VFW is a private organization. I have seen police directing traffic at a local church on Sundays, does that mean the church has some legal tie in to the local government? No. Just means the traffic flow needed oversight.

Be aware of your rights, and respect the rights of the property owner. Have a good time.
