Default Just assembled another AK today

She's a WZ-88 A Polish version of the AK74. Night sights, original sling and Bayonet all matching. I still have to finish the receiver with a baked on enamel and then off to the range.

Not much I traded some stuff for the kit. I just had to buy the receiver, and US compliance parts (FCG,Gas Piston and Pistol Grip) The best part is she has the original barrel so I dont have to worry about the key holeing problem some of the Century Tantals have.

I like the fact that you use the word "another" in the thread title.

Do those shoot any differently than a 7.62x39?
Is there a notable difference in sound/recoil/etc?

In all the years we've been doing the group shoots, I've never shot one, nor do I know if anyone has brought one with them.

    Just curious.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

like shooting a 223/556 ar. lite recoil, but it has a pretty snappy bark/crack.

Wow. I have seen a lot of AK builds over at gunco.net and I never get tired of looking at them. Nice job.
