I have many but will stick to 3 questions about this law.

First, is the guy who picks up sticks and trash in the park is authorized to carry a gun?

Second, am I really going to get arrested for shooting my water gun in a Pennsylvania park?

Third, who the hell writes these things?

We should hold a massive water gun fight.
