Chester County Parks in Violation of the UFA

SECTION 31. Firearms, hatchets and knives, etc. on county real estate
No person shall:
A. Bring into or upon County real estate, nor have in his or her possession, nor discharge, or set off anywhere upon said properties, a revolver, pistol, shotgun, rifle, air rifle, air gun, water gun, or any gun, rifle, firearm, or bow or other weapon that discharges projectiles either by air, explosive substance or by any other force. Except that this section shall not apply to any deputy sheriff, police officer, peace officer, park employee or other duly appointed law enforcement officer while carrying out the duties and responsibilities of his or her position nor to any person while on or in those areas which may from time to time be designated as hunting areas by the Department or while upon designated target ranges or areas.

§6120. Limitation on the Regulation of Firearms and Ammunition.
(a) General rule. No county, municipality or township may in any manner regulate the lawful ownership, possession, transfer or transportation of firearms, ammunition or ammuni*tion components when carried or transported for purposes not prohibited by the laws of this commonwealth.
(a. l) No right of action.
(1) No political subdivision may bring or maintain an action at law or in equity against any firearms or ammunition manufacturer, trade association or dealer for damages, abate*ment, injunctive relief or any other relief or remedy resulting from or relating to either the lawful design or manufacture of firearms or ammunition or the lawful marketing or sale of firearms or ammunition to the public.
(2) Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to prohibit a political subdivision from bringing or maintaining an action against a firearms or ammunition manufacturer or dealer for breach of contract or warranty as to firearms or ammunition purchased by the political subdivision.Hoplophobia is funny

email sent, though, in my own experiences, they don't work. what works is ignoring the posted rules, maybe a LEO confrontation, and getting some sort of press.

I have many but will stick to 3 questions about this law.
First, is the guy who picks up sticks and trash in the park is authorized to carry a gun?
Second, am I really going to get arrested for shooting my water gun in a Pennsylvania park?
Third, who the hell writes these things?

Just submitted my survey. Still no new answer even after sending news stories of other political subdivisions changing their "regulations" to follow state law
