Default Charter arms off duty help

I have a Charter arms off duty revolver from 1984. As I shoot it, a pin starts to protrude from the side. I can push it back in, but after 10-15 more rounds it is sticking out again.

Does anyone know what can cause this, or how to fix it? Thanks in advance for any input.

Pin is to small, find a larger pin or put some tape over it.

Maybe some locktite would help keep it in

Beautiful revolver you have there, they sell a Punch just for problems like that, it looks like a regular Puch but it has a hollow tip, you simply put it over the pin and strike it with a hammer it causes the tip of the pin to spread out a bit and stop it from moving, i got mine from brownells for about $4.
this type of punch is what they used to install it in the first place but sometimes the dont spread the tip enough and this happens.
