Default PA did reverse the "21yr age for AR" crap - correct?

I thought I seen a thread here a couple weeks ago where the Pinhead Stasi Polize had their bogus "law" - requiring 21 years of age and handgun papers for an AR purchase - overturned.

If so, Gander Mtn didn't get the memo; they have all their ARs tagged as such. 'Course at their prices; they stay tagged a loooooooooong time.

What was rescinded was the requirement for dealers to fill out the PA SP4-113 Application/Record of Sale when they sold/transferred an AR lower.

Because a stripped lower is neither a long arm nor a handgun (until it is built) a dealer still cannot sell a stripped lower to someone under 21, that is per federal regs.

If I am not mistaken a person between 18 and 21 still can buy a stripped lower in a private sale with no paperwork required.

That's what I kinda thought, but Gander Mtn in Moon Twp (PGH) thinks you have to be 21 to buy an AR, and fill out a white form.

But like I said, this wouldn't affect any PAFOAns.
