I hope this isnt too stupid of a question, but is that grenade launcher operable? If so, I'm guessing it requires a class III license and what do I have to do to try that out please!!!

    Looks great by the way.

    Very nice.

What size barrel is that ? looks long to me...

Shouldn't this be in the humor area though ?
I though a "finished" AR was like a unicorn, many hypothesize about them, but none have been found...

I don't believe it's a class 3, but the launcher can only be used as a flare gun at this point.

    It does look badass though.

    Looking great masakarijoe!
    Very tasteful.

I was debating A4 or DMR type rifle for my next build, but the 18" SPR/DMR thing is becoming overdone.

Plenty of 20" barrels out there that need a good home.

Have you run it yet? If so, how does it handle?

By looking at it plus the A4 designation, I would put money that it was a 20" barrel. Standard USMC infantry rifle, I believe.

Masakarijoe came come along and confirm or deny this.

if its not a 40mm tube then whats the point?
the added weight to just launch flares seems useless.

    thanks for the comments guys!
ok, to clarify: the M203 grenade launcher is not operable, and just added on for the pics; though if feels very real! they do infact make them available for launching flares, but thats not really my thing. HOWEVER, i do plan on getting a KAC M870 Masterkey shotgun (yes, its an SBS) to mount on there in a similar fashion. the current barrel is a 20" A4 Govt profile barrel. just like what uncle sam gave me thats what i was trying to replicate here. yes the stock is a UBR, and i freaking love it. i also plan on getting a 16" M4 upper for swapping on for CQB.
so no, shes not done yet! haha its so true, finishing an AR is impossible!
    and yes, she shoots wonderfully
let me know if you have more quesitons guys!
