Yes and no.

CIA has them sometimes, which is where I got mine. If you can find one that has the Original Scope you're going to spend close to a grand. Pa Rifleman has some great threads about mosins.

I paid 430 for mine. I feel is was a good deal for everything being original minus the scope. The wood is great and so is the bore. No crowning either.

There are people making knock-offs of these now with some highly inferior parts.
