I can't tell what you are asking. Are you saying you want to become a Class 3 gun dealer?

A civilian cannot convert any firearm to full auto unless they are a licensed SOT of certain classes. You can't do it unless you are in the gun business.

hypothetically, whoever was in possession of such a firearm would be looking at federal time. a lot of federal time.

if you want a full auto you need to pay your tax stamp and get a preban one.

$10,000.00 and up meng. (at least)

Maker forms are not accepted from ordinary civilians for machineguns since 1986. You can apply to make SBRs, suppressors, SBSs, AOWs, etc.

It's very straight forward. As everybody else has said, the answer is NO. If there were loopholes, machineguns wouldn't cost $10,000 to $300,000 dollars.
