PGH gunsmith for parkerizing shotgun barrel & soldering on front sight

I had a local gunsmith put an XS tritium ghost ring sight set on my Mossberg 500 Persuader. Instead of soldering the front sight on, he screwed it on & loctited it in place, and ground the screw down where it projected in to the barrel. The loctite didn't last very long, and last week the screw gave out. Long story short, I'd like the sight ramp silver soldered on. Who can you recommend?

I know the gunsmith at Anthony Arms will do it, but he quoted me a 4-6 month wait for the parkerizing, AFTER he solders the sight ramp on. I'd like it done a little quicker than that.
