Default FINALLY got it all together

This project has been going on something like 15 months. I was finally able to get it assembled and out to the range on Friday and Saturday.

It was pretty good, though quite cold out.

The one thing that I did screw up when I went on Friday was forgetting to tighten the bolts that hold the M4s to the Larue mount, so it loosen up a good bit on me and was all over the place. I didn't take all my tools so I just had to deal with plinking and not being too accurate. I was sure to tighten them up and was good to go when I went back out on Saturday.

Thank you! It will make it a lot safer to shoot with winter gloves.

What are the specs of your build. Looks good...I like that UBR stock...hopefully you bought it from AIM since they had a coupon code for the UBR for roughly $200.

The Magpul enhanced trigger guards are nice...I've owned the aluminum ones and to be honest I like the polymer ones better...they seem to fit easier and it's less expensive.

I actually bought the UBR about a year ago for around $265 if I remember correctly.

    Specs:

    upper receiver - Larue
Lower Receiver - Spike's (should have gone with a nicer one)
LPK - Rock River Arms <-- I'll probably eventually swap in a nicer non-mil spec trigger.
    Stock - Magpul UBR
    BCG - Denny's Guns M-16 Super Duty
Barrel - Noveske 12.5" stainless Crusader in 5.56
    Rail - Knight's Armament mid-length URX II
brake - Knight's Armament Triple Tap
    Optic - Aimpoint M4s w/ Larue mount

I'm still am looking for a rear BUIS that fits my fancy and I'll probably throw some sort of hand stop or foregrip on it, then maybe a light.
