Default Open carrying at easton interstate market?

Hello. Im a NJ resident who is currently pending a florida CCW. I like the idea of OC (I know i dont need the CCW to OC) but it will never become a regular however there is one place ide like to go OC on the way to the range in easton, The exxon station which is right off the first exit past the toll booth, with the interstate market attached.

    Anyone OC there? results?

No experience OC'n there. ...but be sure to wait for your FL CWP before bringing a handgun into PA - you still need a license to transport in a vehicle whether loaded or unloaded, except when going directly to/from certain limited places.

I don't go there, too pricey. They have the highest price for gas in the area. Soon, hopefully this year, there will be an indoor range about three minutes from that gas station.

I dont go for gas (im in NJ which has it cheaper, suprisingly!) but I like stopping on the way back from the range for lunch.

Should I send a letter asking or just parade on in looking for no gun stickers? (new to this!)

About the new range, would it be put up by easton fish and game or someone else? details?

Glenn, don't do it until you get your FL license.
18 Pa.C.S. § 6106 covers you when go to and from the range, but does not allow an OC "pitstop" in between.
So yes, in your present case you do need a "CCW to OC".

The 2A does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not INFRINGE our right.
