Default What is std. vel. for 45 ACP, 230 gr.

What is the standard velocity for .45 ACP w/ a 230 gr. bullet. I'm seeing anything from 810 fps (335 ft-lb) to 900 fps (414 ft-lb). This is a huge difference in energy!

I have over the years preferred the 45ACP, 230 grain, Round Nose (RN),
Full Metal Jacket (FMJ), U.S. Military Round, 850 Ft/Per Sec. It really
boils down to what you can hit accuratley in Slow and Rapid Fire with
    consistency at various distances.
