Restoration of Civil Rights

Hello. I am wondering if anyone here has experience with restoration of civil rights as it applies to gun law. I understand that it is possible. Looking around online I believe I found the appropriate statue.

Just want to know what I may be getting into, or if anyone can suggest a lawyer or doing it solo.

My problems are about twenty years old.

I did read the sticky about previous convictions. I did not believe that answered my questions, so I started a new thread. Sorry if I should have posted this elsewhere.
