Default Anyone else just about going nuts for hunting season?

I'm not sure how I'm going to handle it...new bow, 2 new places to hunt, one of which has had recent sightings of 2 8 pointers and a 12 pointer and seeing at least 15 - 20 deer every time we're out looking. I just can't wait...

I also just got a brand new bow, my first ever actually, all my other bows have been hand-me-downs from my brother. I found a 2point antler +the brow point, broken off near my bait pile, and my brother in law has seen a 7-point near my other stand. I have yet to get a deer with box, but this season is looking pretty awesome. I have a 2 week vacation this year to bow hunt too, so that is just awesome!

I want to go this year, but I don't even have a license yet! I probably missed the doe tag, didn't I?

Well you can still apply to wmu's that are not sold out. Also Dmap has possibilities.

I've been itching for a couple weeks now. Crisp mornings, nice afternoons.

I'm with you. I put in a new tree stand and we put food plots on the property this summer. I haven't been upstate recently to see if there's been any activity but I've got a good feeling about this year.

I just weed whacked and pruned the area around my stand in Delco last week. I just got my first load of Doe tags in today. I think I'm ready, now to see if I outgrew my coverall from last year
