Re: Ok - Another question - multiple attackers.
Okay equal threat and equal distance for argument.
You can confuse yourself by following some type of formula. Let's see if it's 2 I do this or 3 I do that. If you carry a Glock 17 you need different tactics than a 5 rd J frame due to ammo capacity.
The easy answer is one round in each and repeat until they stop. Aim center mass. Head shots are easy on the range but are somewhat more difficult when you're target is moving. This tactic is easy to remember and will work well no matter what firearm you are carrying.
ps The more opponents the more important one shot each is. If it's 3 do you think #2 and #3 are going to just watch you do 2 to the body and 1 to the head to #1?Last edited by GRIZ; February 18th, 2010 at 09:14 AM. Reason: add ps

Re: Ok - Another question - multiple attackers.
Yeah, forgive the word "pointless" - I struggled when typing that and couldn't think of a better word. My bad. It does bring discussion and ideas which I acknowledged - that's good. What I was trying to say though, it's hard to paint such a detailed picture as to get to a "correct" response. Too many variables and "what if's", etc. And with the diversity of this group here, it would be near impossible.
So, sorry for the word. I get the discussion. I just challenge anyone's expectations that there is a "right" answer.
