Pistol Barrel Liner- 9mm Largo to 7.62 Tok Conversion
I own a 9mm Largo Star Super A. It's actually one of my favorite pistols. I have seen several sources, that refer to a 7.63 Mauser version that was built for export. Considering the low price, and abundance of 7.62x25 ammo at the moment, I would like to have an extra 9mm Largo barrel that I have, converted to fire 7.62 Tokarev.
Does anyone know of a gunsmith who could convert/sleeve my extra barrel?
Thanks!

Any competent gunsmith should be able to do it. Gun Part Corp. might even have the barrel. However, my concern would be whether the old gun could take the pressures of the Tokarev round.

Re: Pistol Barrel Liner- 9mm Largo to 7.62 Tok Conversion
Spanish loadings for the 9mm Largo actually run pretty hot. After installing a new Wolff recoil spring, and doing a bit of work on the extractor, mine digests white box .38 Super without any problems at all. I think as long as the hot Czech stuff is avoided, there shouldn't be any problems.
