What is needed to meet the requirement for the photo? It says 2x2 passport quailty, does this need to be from the post office, or can you take your own and print it 2x2?

I wouldn't risk printing my own. The permit is nice, you dont want to use a sketchy photo. Just go to walmart or somewhere and get a quality one done for $10
