A big back yard and easy going neighbors.
He said he shot 70 rounds through a KelTec trying to get a failure.

Re: The Hunter's Den
I used to work part time at Hunters Den. They are a great bunch of guys and Stu (the owner) will bend over backward to get you what ever you need.
No, there is no indoor range at the Den!

Re: The Hunter's Den
Another +1 for Hunters Den. Stu is a really great person to deal with and he will do whatever is necessary to satisfy his customers. I've seen him do things for his customers that I probably wouldn't do myself if I were in his shoes. Like someone else said, he'll bend over backwards for you. I'm a regular customer and stop in probably every 2-4 times I go to Waynesboro.

Re: The Hunter's Den
I stopped in recently because their website said they carried reloading supplies specifically dillon. $25 for a pound of titegroup and near $50 for 1K of small pistol primers. Prices like these make me appreciate my local shop.

Re: The Hunter's Den
I'm another fan of HD. Again, like other's have said, Stu is a great guy. Sure it's hit or miss on prices but that's just because they HAVE to make some sort of a profit. I've seen some really slim profits there because outside prices are so high. That's my preferred shop but aren't able to make it there due to time constraints during the week.

Re: The Hunter's Den
Just bought my M&P Compact .40 there last week... If they have a gun in stock they are pretty open to giving you a deal. If you need to order it you will pay the average market price... Unfortionatly I paid too much for my M&P but I prefer to buy local...

Re: The Hunter's Den
Well I picked up my 9mm and a box of 9 amm n a box of 40 ammo n when stu rung me up he gave me a small break on everything. The gun n both boxes of ammo. That surely made me happy. In the past 2 months I've spent about 800-900 on 2 guns n ammo. I owe a buddy 300 bucks n they have some crossbows in there he likes so that's how om goin to pay him back.
