According to the ZSG, you are gonna need a long arm as well, most likely a shotty. Also, a katana is in order.

Haven't gotten a shotty yet

I have the mosin nagant and an M1 carbine till then. my dad's got a few long arms to use too hehehe, just didn't put em in the pics.

Well the M1 Carbine could prove useful at shorter range street fights and the Mosin is ok for the more open environments but you want to get something that'll handle both. An AK or an AR/M4 would work wonders.

Shotguns (never understood the whole attraction of using the term "shotty" but that's just me) have a lot of limitations. Range, capacity and shot shells weigh a helluva lot more than a 30rd magazine loaded with 5.56mm FMJs.

You realize all those CoM shots are just wasted ammo against the Zed, right?

Not if they turn out to be 28 Days/Weeks Later type zombies. Those types are still living breathing creatures. Just brutally vicious and bloodthirsty.

Haha, that target was going TOO GOOD to risk a few headshots and throwing one

An AK will definitely be a purchase eventually, too, I'm mad poor because of college right now though.
In the mean time, dad's got a few AR's I could use, and I'll be able to hit the zed head's too, no problem. Qual'd expert in the army. Hopefully they're the slow zombies... that way I can relax, breathe, and squuuueeeeeeze the rounds off into their heads haha
and no, I'm not in a sector yet. Someone wanna educate me on how to get in a sector of the ZRT?
