long range shooting in NEPA?

I live in NEPA and don't know of anywhere that has more than a 200 yd range around here. I'd like to get into lr shooting, but i don't know where to go or how to get involved. very interested in an education on wind doping,bullet drop compensation, ballistic coefficients and all that stuff useful to the art of lr shooting. maybe somebody out there could help me out. any info would be greatly apreciated. c'mon, you know you wanna help a fellow gun guy get futher involved with the shooting sports.thanks in advance for your support!

i think so, but its military, so you gotta be in military/ LE to get in if i'm not mistaken.
